Recipe How to Make Misro

The main ingredients:

1 kg of good quality cassava
300 grams of brown sugar ( finely sliced ​​)
2 teaspoons fine salt
oil for frying to taste

-          Peel Cassava  and then wash  with water until completely clean,  
-          Grate cassava
-          Put into cassava some salt
-          Stir  until well blended  
-          Take the  dough  and make round shape and filled with slices of brown sugar
-          Fry  the cassava that had been formed until golden brown in medium heat of oil  
-          Take the drain Misro  
-          Serve on a serving plate and ready to be enjoyed
